Refund policy
30-day free rollbacks
Refunds and size replacements are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that window we can't offer either. A replacement doesn't restart or extend the 30 days.
Don't love it? We'll refund you.
If you don't like your shirt for any reason, we'll refund you. No return needed. Donate it or give it to a teammate who'll get the joke.
Doesn't fit? We'll send a new size.
Tell us the size you need and we'll send a replacement in that size. You don't need to send the original back.
Misprint or damaged?
If your shirt arrives with a print error or damage, send us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. Your choice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.

Email hello@codeculture.store within the 30-day window. Include:
- your order number
- whether you'd like a refund or a size replacement
- for a replacement, the size you'd like
- for a misprint or damage, a photo
